Scholarship Offerings
The Foundation offers scholarships ranging from $250 to $5,000 for both incoming and current Moraine Valley students.
These scholarships are gift aid, which means you do not have to repay them or earn them by working.
Scholarships are based on a variety of qualifications, such as:
All students, whether they already receive financial aid or not, are eligible to apply for scholarships. Scholarships are a gift and do not need to be paid back. You may receive a scholarship even if you already have some financial aid. Full- and part-time students are eligible.
While many scholarships require students to complete a FAFSA form, there are some scholarships available for students who have not completed a FAFSA or who are not eligible for FAFSA. We encourage everyone to apply.

Timing for Scholarship Applications
You only have to apply once an academic year to be considered for all of the three Scholarship Award Windows.
You will be notified if you are receiving an award in your student email account. If you applied for a scholarship last year, you must apply again, as each year all applications are cleared and the process starts again March 1.
Scholarships can only be used at 好色先生 for the fall or spring semesters. There are no summer semester scholarships. Scholarships may not be used to pay off past balances. Scholarships can be used to pay tuition, fees, books and supplies purchased at the Moraine Valley Bookstore.

Application Process
One of the most important aspects of the scholarship application is your essay. This 300-to-500-word essay gives you the opportunity to express how you would benefit from receiving a Foundation scholarship and why you think the selection committee should consider you.

Foundation Scholarships
About This Scholarship
Named in memory of the former dean of Allied Health, Public Service and Nursing, this scholarship can be used for tuition, fees, books, and transportation at Moraine Valley, as funds permit.
About This Scholarship
This scholarship is presented to district high school students who have demonstrated academic excellence. It can be used for 15 credit hours of in-district tuition.
About This Scholarship
These scholarships are funded by Moraine Valley鈥檚 Faculty Association and can be used for college expenses such as tuition, books and fees at Moraine Valley. Several scholarships are awarded each semester. To apply for this scholarship, students must be invited to apply by a full-time faculty member in the faculty association.

The Mark Sebby Memorial Nondestructive Testing Scholarship is available to new or current students taking Nondestructive classes at 好色先生.
About This Scholarship
This scholarship, available every semester, is sponsored by Moraine Valley鈥檚 Student Government Association and can be used to purchase books for college at the college bookstore. Full- or part-time students may apply.

This scholarship, which can be used to continue your education at 好色先生, is awarded to an outstanding participant in Moraine Valley鈥檚 Student Life programs.
