Our Human Resources Management Program is designed to prepare you for the operations, control, training and development of personnel in the workplace. You’ll learn about the selection and placement of individuals for appropriate areas of employment, equal opportunity, staffing, training, evaluations, maintaining the organization and rewards.

You will gain the skills necessary to work in a human resources department across most industries.

This program includes an internship/seminar component.

The Human Resources Management A.A.S. Degree at Moraine Valley is designed to be completed in about two years.

This program is designed to be completed within two years, as long as students consistently take the required classes. It will prepare students for the operations, control, training and development of personnel in the workplace. It examines the process of employee recruitment, selection and placement of individuals for appropriate areas of employment, equal opportunity, staffing, training, evaluations, maintaining the organization and rewards.

This program qualifies for up to $8,000 in tuition assistance.
